July 1, 2020: Lemon Posset
Another light and refreshing winner for your recipe books!
Makes 6 (six) 4-oz. portions
2-2/3 c cream
2/3 c sugar
Juice of 2 lemons
- Simmer cream with sugar 3 minutes while stirring.
- Remove from heat, stir in juice
- Pour into serving cups and chill overnight
- Serve plain or with berries and whipped cream
