Shepherd Wellness Dinner
February 10 @ 6:15 pm - 9:00 pm EST
Shadyside Presbyterian Church will sponsor a wellness dinner for the Shepherd Wellness Community on Friday, February 10, at 6:15 p.m. Volunteers should sign up online by clicking here. If you have any questions, concerns, or need assistance signing up, please email the Coordinator of Volunteers, Daequan Andino, at email@example.com or call the Shepherd Wellness Community office at 412-683-4477. Because the Shepherd Wellness Community still requires proof of vaccination for all who enter their building, individuals can bring with them a photo on a phone or a copy of their vaccination card for the dinner. Masks are now optional when the COVID-19 transmission is low for Allegheny County. When the transmission rate increases to medium, masks will be mandatory. If the transmission rate increases to high, same-day rapid COVID-19 tests taken the day of the dinner will be required; social distancing and wearing masks will be mandatory.
The purpose of the Shepherd Wellness Community is to minister to the needs of persons affected by HIV/AIDS and their families. Several times a year, many of our members volunteer to help set up and serve meals, which are hosted at the Shepherd Wellness Community Center in Bloomfield, located at 4800 Sciota Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15224.
