An Invitation to Newcomers
On Sunday, October 22, from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m., those new to the congregation are welcome to gather with members of the congregation and the staff as we talk together about what it means to make Shadyside Presbyterian Church a place of belonging and ministry in the Christian life. We will share about the church’s mission and ministries and invite newcomers to consider the places they might grow spiritually and offer their own gifts. This gathering is meant for any who are exploring a spiritual home in the church and also will offer information for those who wish to make a formal commitment of membership. Lunch will be provided, and childcare is available during the class.
