Midweek Music Ministry (ONLINE)

Shadyside Presbyterian Church’s Music Ministry presents a midweek program for the refreshment of your spirit!

Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m.

On Wednesday, September 2, Shadyside Presbyterian Church’s Music Ministry invites you to join us online at 7:00 p.m. for the final installment in our mini-series of musical programs curated by Mark A. Anderson, Artistic Director of the Music in a Great Space concert series. Videos of these intimate presentations are accessible to view on our Facebook page and YouTube channel.

The program for Wednesday, September 2, features the Shadyside Strings: Dawn Posey and Juan Jaramillo, violins; Katerina Istomin, viola; and Elisa Kohanski, cello. Along with a brief reflection from the Reverend Dr. John A. Dalles, Interim Senior Pastor, the following selections will be included:

• Amazing Grace (Hymn tune: New Britain), arranged by Matthew Naughtin
• III. Notturno, from String Quartet No. 2, composed by Alexander Porfiryevich Borodin
• The Lord’s Prayer, composed by Albert Hay Malotte and arranged by John Moss
• III. Presto, from Divertimento in D Major, composed by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart
