Congregational Meeting

The Session of Shadyside Presbyterian Church has called a special meeting of the congregation to be held in the Sanctuary immediately following the service of worship on Sunday, July 14, 2019. The purposes of the meeting are: 1.) to act on the request of the Reverend John F. Magnuson that his pastoral relationship with Shadyside Presbyterian Church be dissolved effective July 31, 2019, so that he may accept a call to Myers Park Presbyterian Church in Charlotte, North Carolina, and be so recommended to Pittsburgh Presbytery; and 2.) to act, at the Session’s recommendation, to close the Associate Pastor for Discipleship position.
