Organ Concert

The 25th anniversary season of Music in a Great Space continues with organist Katelyn Emerson on Sunday, April 15, 2018, at 3:00 p.m., co-sponsored by the Organ Artists Series of Pittsburgh.

Praised for her “great sensitivity” and “exciting artistry” by The American Organist, Katelyn Emerson won first prize at the American Guild of Organists’ 2016 National Young Artists’ Competition in Organ Performance. In performances throughout the United States and Europe, she showcases repertoire from the 14th through 21st centuries. Hear Ms. Emerson display her artistry on Shadyside Presbyterian Church’s magnificent four-manual 106-rank Reuter organ.
