Music in a Great Space Concert

Music in a Great Space proudly presents oboist Scott Bell and friends on Sunday, January 8, 2017, at 3:00 p.m. in the Sanctuary.
Tickets may be purchased by calling 412-682-4300 or at the door. Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for seniors (60 and older); tickets for students are free with a valid I.D. Season subscriptions also are available; find more information here.
Pittsburgh Symphony oboist Scott Bell is joined by Larry Allen, harpsichord; Francesca Tortorello, piano; Rhian Kenny, flute; Michael DeBruyn, cello; Charlene Canty, soprano; and Brian Vu, baritone. The program will include Ilja Hurnik’s Sonata da Camera and Herbert Howells’ Sonata for Oboe and Piano. In addition, several arias from cantatas by Johann Sebastian Bach will be performed, including Cantata 82 and Cantata 202 (The Wedding Cantata).
