Children’s Ministry Communion Workshop and Dinner
On Wednesday, March 14, Children’s Ministry welcomes children in kindergarten through fifth grade and their families to gather in the Parish Hall for a dinner at 5:15 p.m. Then, at 6:00 p.m., in order to nurture and instruct our children in the significance of the invitation to the Lord’s Table and the meaning of their response, Ellen Allston will conduct an educational workshop discussing Communion, the Last Supper, and the Passover Seder. After the workshop, participants will attend the 7:00 p.m. vespers service, and all baptized children will partake in the Lord’s Supper with their families and the congregation.
