February 19 @ 9:45 am - 10:45 am EST
Shadyside Presbyterian Church offers Christian Education classes for all ages on Sundays from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m.
Book Study: Freeing Congregational Mission
Adults are invited to a four-week book study exploring Freeing Congregational Mission: A Practical Vision for Companionship, Cultural Humility, and Co-Development, by the Reverend Dr. B. Hunter Farrell and the Reverend S. Balajiedlang Khyllep. The study will be offered in a hybrid format on Sundays, January 29 through February 19; on-site participants will gather in the Hulme Room, and virtual participants will join them via Zoom videoconferencing. Learn more about the study.
For Virtual Participants: Access links are typically delivered to participants by email on Sunday mornings. If you have questions, or want to be sure you will receive the email invitation, please contact the church office.
Reminder: Childcare for infants through two-year-olds starts at 9:30 a.m. on Sunday mornings, and Children’s Ministry leaders are ready to welcome older children during this time should families choose to participate in person.
Youth in grades six through twelve are invited either to join the adult education study in the Hulme Room or to spend the hour with our Children’s Ministry participants, supporting the adult leaders for this ministry and serving as spiritual role models for their younger siblings in Christ.
