Advent Walk

An Advent Walk with Isaiah

The Children’s Ministry of Shadyside Presbyterian Church invites you to participate in our first-ever Advent Walk, beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, December 5. Following the words of the prophet Isaiah, this outdoor event will feature five interactive stations where groups pause to read Scripture, ponder specific questions, and join together in an activity. We will journey through the Advent story and, at the conclusion of the walk, groups will be given a kit to continue Advent devotions at home. Participants are welcome to stay and enjoy hot apple cider, hot cocoa, and fellowship around a fire pit before heading home.
