CCO Campus Ministry at Carnegie Mellon University and Chatham University

In August 2011, Rebecca Verley began working at Shadyside Presbyterian Church with Carnegie Mellon University and Chatham University students.  Her tenure with the Coalition for Christian Outreach (CCO) began at California University of Pennsylvania as the Coordinator for Discipleship Programs in partnership with the United Christian Campus Ministry Council. 

A graduate of the University of Virginia, Rebecca received her degree in Engineering Science.

“Working for the CCO provides me the opportunity to do what I love and am gifted at,” says Rebecca.  “I want to engage in life and walk in faith with college students as they grow closer to Christ and help to guide them along the way.  Through the CCO, I am blessed to help in and witness the work God is doing in the lives of college students.

“Looking back at my four years of college, I can see the practical, fun, and sometimes odd ways in which God has prepared me for college ministry.”
