Adult Christian Education

Adult Education Offerings

Sunday mornings from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. (September through May)

On Sunday mornings, men and women of all ages, youth, and college students are invited to gather in the Hulme Room at 9:30 a.m. for a time to enjoy fellowship with others, learn about the many educational options being offered, and join in corporate prayer before separating for our various studies at 9:45 a.m.:

  • Illuminating Advent (Sundays, November 30, 2014 — January 4, 2015)
Through the blessed themes of Advent — hope, love, joy, and peace — this study from the Being Reformed: Faith Seeking Understanding series invites you to connect with this sacred season.  The meaning and mystery of Christmas and Epiphany are also explored.  Gather in the Hulme Room at 9:30 a.m. before moving to the Chapel at 9:45 a.m.
  • The Bible In Depth
This study is a comprehensive exploration of the Bible as a whole and its meanings for life today. Each theme traces related stories and events through both Testaments. This is an exciting course of study for adults (both men and women) who are ready to reflect deeply on the Scriptures, faith, and life. Gather in the Hulme Room at 9:30 a.m.; when the other groups move to their respective locations, we will remain in the Hulme Room.
