Valley View Presbyterian Church – Freedom Camp
Shadyside Presbyterian Church's Community Kids Mission Action Community (MAC) is partnering again with Valley View Presbyterian Church's summer Freedom Camp.  The Freedom Camp is a free full-day, five-week program offered to children living in Garfield.  The camp allows parents to have their children in a safe learning environment during the work day.

Shadyside has been asked to assist with the arts and crafts program for the following dates (Tuesdays):  June 26, July 3, July 10, July 17, and/or July 24.  The hours are 1:00 p.m. to 2:15 p.m.  You may volunteer for one day or as many days as you are available.  Please contact Ellen Allston or Susan Thomson through the church office if you are interested in volunteering.  This will be our third year providing crafts for this summer camp, and our lives have been truly enriched by these, our neighbors' children. Please consider joining us!
