The powerful voice of mezzo-soprano Olga Perez epitomizes passion in her spirited performances.  Opera companies in Arizona, Texas, New Jersey, Maine, and South Carolina have recognized her talents and welcomed her as a valuable and vibrant vocal asset.  The Cuban-American singer has established herself in lead and supporting roles in productions of Carmen, Don Giovanni, Pinocchio, Mikado, La Traviata, and La Cenerentola, among other great operas.  Her memorable portrayals have received critical acclaim as engaging and impressive.  Educated at Northern Arizona University and Arizona State University, Ms. Perez currently teaches voice at Point Park University performs outreach with the Pittsburgh Opera.  You are invited to be enchanted by this Shadyside Presbyterian Church Chancel Choir member in her Shadyside recital debut.
