Jeff Schooley
Seminary Intern
Jeff Schooley is a third-year Master of Divinity student at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary, where he is studying to become a Minister of Word and Sacrament in the PC(USA). He is married to his wife of just over a year, Brianne, and the two have a dog, River. In his spare time, Jeff can be found socializing with friends, playing with his dog, watching a movie, or reading a book.
Before beginning his studies at PTS, Jeff earned two degrees in English literature, receiving his bachelor’s in 2004 and his master’s in 2006. He also is an adjunct English faculty member at the Community College of Allegheny County.
Jeff has been worshipping with SPC for the past two years he’s been in school and has grown more in love with the church every Sunday. He also has participated in the Young Adult and Graduate Student Ministry, where he’s hosted events and led Bible study.
Jeff loves meeting new people, so don’t be afraid to come up and introduce yourself. (Just forgive him if he forgets your name... He admits he’s still working on that.)
